Panther Post - January 10, 2026
Principal's Greeting -
Hello Panther Families,
It was great to welcome all of our students back for Thursday and Friday. We have settled nicely back into routine. The month will be busy with basketball and floor hockey teams and dodgeball, knitting and crochet and boardgame clubs beginning.
Weather permitting, we will have retakes and class group photos on January 15. This is also National Hat Day, so students may bring a fun hat to wear after their photo is taken.
Friendly reminder - Please wait at the front doors or the office if you are picking up your child. For safety and privacy reasons, we cannot have parents walking in the halls. If you call ahead, we will have your child ready to go when you arrive. Please make an appointment if ou wish to talk to a teacher. Thank you for understanding this important safety practice.
Have a great week.
Take care, everyone.

The Maltby Centre is now offering a new initiative: the Maltby Centre Video Vault.
The Video Vault provides families and caregivers with flexible, on-demand access to a variety of pre-recorded educational workshops focused on Autism and Mental Health.
You can explore the platform here: https://maltbycentre.ca/video-vault/
How It Works:
- Clients may request up to two videos at a time using the online request form.
- Video links are sent directly to clients by email and are valid for 2 weeks.
- After viewing, clients receive a brief follow-up survey and an optional invitation to book an individualized consultation regarding the workshop topic.

We are very excited that our Prince Charles spirit wear is now avaiable in our on-line store. There are multiple products available in many colours, including sangria (pink) for pink shirt day. The store remains open, so you can shop when you wish. This is not a fundraiser. We wanted to offer clothing at the lowest price possible.
