Panther Post - January 5, 2026
Principal's Greeting -
Hello Panther Families,
We have a very busy week ahead of us.
Happy New Year! We have had a chilly start to 2026. Please make sure that your child is properly dressed for the weather. We play outside twice a day. Extra socks and mittens are a great idea.
A huge thank you to School Council executive members and volunteers for the wonderful holiday lunch. It was amazing to see the gym packed for our holiday concert. It was a great show.
This week we will be settling back into routines and prioritizing learning. You can help by reading with your child at home and/or dedicating some time to Lexia (reading) or Knowledgehook (math) each evening.
Friendly reminder - Please wait at the front doors or the office if you are picking up your child. For safety and privacy reasons, we cannot have parents walking in the halls. If you call ahead, we will have your child ready to go when you arrive. Please make an appointment if ou wish to talk to a teacher. Thank you for understanding this important safety practice.
Have a great week.
Take care, everyone.
Mary Jane Jarvis
At Prince Charles Public School, we care about you.

We are very excited that our Prince Charles spirit wear is now avaiable in our on-line store. There are multiple products available in many colours, including sangria (pink) for pink shirt day. The store remains open, so you can shop when you wish. This is not a fundraiser. We wanted to offer clothing at the lowest price possible.
